Kilco has developed an extensive range of long cling foaming cleaners such as Ecofoam Extra designed as a pre-wash sanitiser for buildings and equipment prior to disinfection. The increased contact time provides the most efficient saturation and removal of organic matter with the minimum amount of labour. Ecofoam Extra is also highly effective against compacted soiling on slats and floors; the chemical blend dramatically reduces the bacterial load on surfaces and equipment.
